Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Conditions:

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

    • All original accessories, manuals, and any bundled items must be included.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or activated software.

    • Digital products, including downloadable content or activation codes.

    • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping/Transport Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please report any such issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

  • All returns must be brought to the store in person or shipped after contacting our support team for authorization.
